This autumn, Aram, a new café, deli, and restaurant from renowned chef Imad Alarnab, will open at Somerset House, marking an exciting addition to our 25th anniversary celebrations.
Following the success of Imad’s Syrian Kitchen, Aram will bring the rich flavours of Syria’s 14 provinces to London, using authentic Syrian ingredients imported for the first time since the country’s war began over a decade ago.
Aram will serve freshly baked Syrian pastries, vibrant salads, and flavorful wraps from its welcoming deli. Signature offerings include Zaatar croissants, hummus salata, cauliflower salads, and Maarouk donuts, alongside traditional Syrian coffee and mint tea.
Committed to supporting charities and emerging talent, in the evenings, the restaurant will host charity events, supper clubs, and cooking classes, providing a platform for refugee chefs and those looking to join a supportive community in London.
